Looking to help customers resolve their issues through text-based communication? We're seeking Chat Support specialists to handle customer inquiries via our messaging platform, delivering quick resolutions and creating positive interactions throughout the customer journey.
Your Daily Responsibilities:
- Each shift, you'll access our chat interface and respond to incoming customer messages. The system helps you manage frequent issues efficiently, and our supervisory team provides guidance when situations become complex.
- We provide onboarding instruction lasting 1-2 hours before your first day. This training covers everything you'll need to succeed, and zero prior background in customer service is required.
