Remote Chat Agent - Entry Level / No Experience

We're seeking a Remote Chat Agent to support our customer communication efforts. This opportunity suits individuals who have strong written communication skills and a genuine passion for helping customers through digital channels. You'll handle incoming chat messages from customers, troubleshoot their concerns, and work to create positive interactions all from your remote workspace.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Handle incoming chat messages from website visitors and social media channels with quick, helpful responses.
• Answer customer questions, share information about offerings, and direct customers to relevant resources or promotional codes.
• Build trust through attentive communication, identifying what customers need, and delivering fast, effective answers.

What We're Looking For:

• Solid English writing abilities and clear communication skills.
• Stable internet access and a working device such as a smartphone, tablet, or computer that can run web chat and social media applications.
• No background in customer service chat roles needed, we'll train you thoroughly for the position.

Compensation:

• $35 hourly rate.
