Looking to break into customer support without any background experience required? We're seeking a Remote Chat/Email Support Representative to join our growing administrative staff. Primary Responsibilities:
You'll handle customer inquiries through live chat channels across multiple business platforms and social networks, responding to both service questions and sales-related messages. This position is essential to maintaining excellent user experiences and building lasting customer relationships.

Compensation: $35 per hour

Essential Qualifications:

• Access to an appropriate device, such as a smartphone, tablet, or computer for managing chat and social media interactions.
• Ability to work independently while consistently adhering to comprehensive guidelines and protocols.
• Minimum 10+ hours per week of availability.
• Dependable, high-speed internet connection.

Weekly Hours: 10+ hours available, with scheduling flexibility based on your personal schedule.
