Your daily responsibilities:

• Respond to customer messages through live chat interfaces on our websites and social channels, offering support, resolving concerns, and improving how customers experience our services.
• Reference training materials and conversation templates to deliver consistent guidance, share relevant links, or communicate current offers to visitors.
• Keep interactions upbeat and professional throughout each conversation, making every user feel valued and heard.

Compensation:

• $35 hourly rate

Required qualifications and experience:

• Reliable internet access plus equipment that supports messaging work (computer, smartphone, or tablet).
• Previous chat support experience not required, comprehensive onboarding will prepare you thoroughly.
• Comfort working solo, capacity to follow clear direction, and genuine interest in developing new capabilities.

Work arrangement:
