Entry Level Chat Support Clerk

Do you enjoy helping people solve their problems through written communication? We're seeking a Remote Chat Support Clerk to join our customer-facing operations. In this role, you'll be the friendly voice behind the screen, responding to customer inquiries via live chat and email with clarity and care while working from anywhere that suits you.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Responding to incoming chat messages and emails with quick, helpful answers to customer questions.
• Maintaining exceptional service standards and working toward complete customer satisfaction with every interaction.
• Asking clarifying questions and verifying details to make sure you fully understand what customers need.

Compensation: $35 per hour.

What We're Looking For:

• A smartphone, tablet, or computer with a strong internet connection.
• The capacity to take direction well and work on your own without constant supervision.
• A minimum of 10 hours weekly availability with consistent internet access.

Weekly Hours: 10 to 40 hours, completely flexible based on your personal schedule.

Work Location: 100% remote, based anywhere online, United States candidates preferred.
