Rate: $35 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries through chat and email platforms with accuracy and care, creating satisfaction at every touchpoint.
  • Guide customers through product details, checkout procedures, and platform features with patience and clarity.
  • Maintain our organization's guidelines and mission across all customer communication channels.

Requirements:

  • A working internet-connected device for performing chat support duties, messaging work, and collaboration tools, such as a smartphone, tablet, or computer.
  • Self-motivation and the capacity to take direction without close supervision while adhering to established processes.
  • Flexible availability between 10 to 40 hours weekly with consistent, dependable internet access.

Skills/Background:

  • Prior chat support experience is not necessary, comprehensive onboarding and training will be supplied.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities paired with composure when handling demanding situations.
  • Driven mindset with genuine interest in delivering results and supporting team objectives from a remote setting.
