We're seeking a Remote Messaging Support Specialist to deliver customer assistance through Facebook Messenger. This beginner-friendly role places you on the front lines of social media-based customer care, helping clients from various organizations find solutions and answers. Operating entirely from home across the United Kingdom, this position demands just 20 hours weekly of your time, giving you flexibility to balance work with other commitments.

Role responsibilities: You'll handle incoming customer messages on Facebook Messenger, responding promptly to their needs and questions across multiple client accounts. Each shift begins by logging into the appropriate Messenger platform and tackling customer inquiries with professionalism and warmth. We'll equip you with comprehensive onboarding covering standard questions and best-practice response techniques, ensuring you feel confident communicating with customers from day one.

Compensation: $35 per hour
