- Handle incoming Direct Messages on Instagram for different online shops, answering customer questions regarding product details, delivery timelines, exchange policies, and general concerns.
- Reference a provided resource document containing common questions and answers to maintain consistent, accurate messaging with every customer interaction.
- Serve as a critical link in the customer journey, turning initial interest into completed transactions through helpful and persuasive messaging.
Compensation:
