Remote Chat Support Job (Entry Level / No Experience Required)

What You'll Do: In this position, you'll serve as a Remote Sales Representative, connecting with customers through live chat support on our website. When people reach out with questions about promotional codes or our return process, you'll deliver clear answers using our knowledge base and can always escalate to your team lead when needed.

Contract Duration: Ongoing

Rate: $35 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver quick and helpful answers to customer questions via our chat system.
• Reference training materials and company resources to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
• Partner with your team lead on challenging situations or specialized requests.

Requirements:

• A working computer, smartphone, or tablet with reliable internet access.
• Capacity to work without constant supervision while following established procedures.
• Flexible schedule allowing 20 to 40 hours weekly, with consistent internet connectivity.

Skills/Background:

• Prior work experience is not required, comprehensive onboarding included in the package.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a genuine desire to help people.
• Comfortable managing multiple conversations and maintaining productivity under pressure.

Location: Fully remote, ideally with candidates in the United States.
