Primary Duties:

• Connect with clients through live chat on company websites and social channels, answering questions, offering guidance, and making their experience better.

• Write clearly and professionally, utilizing templates when helpful while keeping each conversation warm and personalized.
• Stay courteous and composed throughout every customer conversation without exception.

Compensation:

• $35 hourly wage, with potential increases based on your track record and experience level.

What We Need:

• A dependable setup with a computer or tablet connected to stable internet service.
• Excellent written English communication abilities.
• Self-direction and accuracy when following detailed instructions.
• Willingness to dedicate a minimum of 5 hours each week to this role.
