We're seeking a temporary chat support specialist to join our community team on a flexible basis. In this position, you'll be the frontline voice helping members resolve questions and concerns, making sure every interaction leaves them feeling heard and supported.
Your Responsibilities:
- Respond to members via live chat regarding product details, order status, delivery questions, and technical issues with thoughtfulness and efficiency.
- Pay close attention to what customers are asking and saying, then recommend fitting solutions or workarounds while confirming they feel supported.
Compensation:
- $35 hourly rate, which may adjust based on your background and how you perform on the job.
Qualifications:
- A working device such as a computer, phone, or tablet with reliable internet connection for chat platform access.
- Capacity to work without close supervision, following established protocols and company standards with at least 10 weekly hours available.
- Solid ability to troubleshoot issues independently and demonstrate clear, professional written communication.
Time Commitment:
