Role Overview: In this Remote Chat Support Specialist position, you'll serve as a frontline communicator, handling customer conversations and delivering timely assistance through live chat channels. You'll connect with visitors on our platform and across multiple social channels, resolve their concerns, and help interested prospects move forward with their questions about our offerings.

Contract Duration: Open-ended

Rate: $35 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Connect with visitors and prospects through live chat, delivering responsive answers and attentive service.
• Demonstrate courtesy and understanding consistently when communicating with each person.
• Perform your duties independently, carefully following established protocols and detailed guidance.
• Commit to a minimum 10 hours weekly, delivering consistent and quality assistance.

Requirements:

• Ownership of a functioning internet-enabled device for browsing, messaging, and social engagement (Smartphone, Tablet, Laptop, or comparable).
• Capacity to work without supervision, taking initiative when solving issues.
• Willingness to complete all onboarding materials and adhere to operational guidance.
• Minimum 10 hours weekly availability coupled with steady, reliable internet access.
• Previous chat support experience is not required, we provide thorough onboarding and coaching.

Working Hours: Flexible scheduling with a 10 hour per week minimum threshold

Location: Work from anywhere remotely, with preference toward applicants based in the United States.
