Live chat continues to expand as a preferred customer engagement tool, with most retailers now integrating chat capabilities into their storefronts and social platforms including Facebook and Instagram. This expansion has created substantial opportunities for skilled chat specialists to handle customer conversations effectively.
What you will be doing: Your day-to-day responsibilities as a chat specialist will center on answering customer messages through live chat interfaces on retail websites or social channels, responding to common questions, helping move sales forward, and providing promotional offers as appropriate.

Rate: $35 per hour
Skills/background needed:
Hours per week: Variable schedule, minimum 10 hours weekly with potential for additional hours depending on your capacity and scheduling flexibility.
