Remote Customer Service - Chat Support (No Phone Calling / Entry Level)

We're building out our customer support department and need reliable people who can handle live chat conversations with professionalism and genuine care. If you're comfortable communicating in writing and solving problems for customers, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do:

• Respond to customer messages through live chat windows and social messaging platforms, acting as the initial support contact.
• Handle common requests about product returns, placing new orders, and general account support while maintaining a friendly tone and quick response times.
• Complete onboarding training that prepares you with the knowledge and tools needed to succeed in this position.

Job Specifics:

• Contract Type: Ongoing with no set end date.
• Compensation: $35 hourly rate.
• Schedule: Choose your own hours with flexibility, but you'll need to commit to at least 5 hours weekly.
