Remote Customer Service - Chat Support (No Phone Calling / Entry Level)

We're looking for reliable customer service professionals to work from home and become a key part of our distributed workforce. In this position, you'll play a critical role in resolving customer problems and answering inquiries across multiple touchpoints including email, live chat conversations, and social networking platforms. You'll concentrate on delivering excellent support experiences, making sure customers understand their solutions, and passing complex matters to the appropriate team when needed.

What you will be doing: Your core duties involve managing incoming chat messages on partner websites and social media channels. You'll concentrate on standard customer support activities such as managing product returns, processing reorders, and responding to general customer concerns. We'll equip you with thorough onboarding and training materials, making prior experience unnecessary for the role.

Contract length: Open

Rate: $35 per hour

Skills/background needed: You'll need a computer or laptop that can run the necessary applications and chat systems, plus the ability to work independently without constant supervision. Strong attention to detail when following directions and a willingness to commit at least 5 hours per week is essential, along with dependable broadband connectivity.

Hours per week: Flexible scheduling available from 5 to 40 hours weekly.

Location: Work-from-home position available globally, with preference for United Kingdom-based applicants.
