Remote Customer Service Representative

Rate: $35 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers through live chat on our digital platforms, answering questions and delivering relevant product or service details.
• Present helpful resources, promotional offers, and resolution strategies to enhance the overall customer journey.
• Stay current with all product information and organizational guidelines to deliver reliable support consistently.

Requirements:

• A stable internet connection and compatible device (computer, smartphone, or tablet).
• Competent written communication abilities in English.
• Capability to manage your workload independently, take direction effectively, and dedicate a minimum of 5 hours weekly.
