Your mission will be to deliver outstanding support that keeps our clients satisfied and strengthens the bonds between customers and our company. Working from home has never been easier. You'll be operating from your own comfortable space, connecting with customers through instant messaging platforms like Facebook Messenger. No meetings in person, no commute, just genuine customer conversations from wherever you're based.
What you will be doing: Working as a Live Chat Assistant means spending your day interacting with customers across our messaging channels. You'll answer questions, walk people through how to use what we offer, and help build trust with each person you speak with.
Rate: $35 per hour
Requirements:
Skills/background needed: This position welcomes those just starting their careers. We'll provide hands-on training to help you develop the abilities required to succeed in live chat customer support environments.
Location: Work from home setup (candidates in the United Kingdom are preferred).
