Remote Customer Support Agent (Chat Based / Entry Level / No Calling)

We're seeking a Remote Customer Support Agent to deliver text-based assistance from your home office. This position plays a vital role in building customer loyalty and achieving satisfaction goals by efficiently handling inquiries through chat and email channels.

Key responsibilities: As the initial touchpoint for customer interactions, you'll respond to questions, troubleshoot concerns, and develop solutions by conducting research and working with team members. Your tasks include understanding customer needs, finding relevant information, presenting alternative options, executing fixes, and referring complex cases to appropriate channels, exclusively via chat and email platforms.

Contract length: Ongoing

Compensation: $35 hourly

Required qualifications:

  • A connected device capable of supporting chat platforms and online communication tools (Smartphone/Tablet/Desktop Computer).
  • Capacity to operate independently while following established protocols and directions.
  • Availability for at least 10 hours weekly.
  • Consistent, reliable internet connectivity.

Weekly availability: Flexible scheduling, minimum 10 hours weekly with opportunity for additional shifts.

Work location: Fully remote, based online. Candidates from the United Kingdom strongly preferred.
