We're expanding our customer support division and seeking a dedicated Live Chat Operator to handle customer communications across multiple channels including live chat, email, and community forums. You'll guide customers through product discovery, answer questions, and provide timely solutions.
This fully remote position allows you to work from your preferred location with minimal technical requirements. You'll need functional English communication skills and dependable internet access to succeed in this role.
What You'll Do: Your primary responsibility involves connecting with a designated business account, accessing their messaging platform each day, and responding to incoming customer questions. We supply comprehensive onboarding to prepare you for typical customer situations and common topics. A dedicated chat lead remains available to help you navigate more complicated issues when needed.
