What you will be doing: Your primary responsibility involves communicating with customers via our messaging interface to answer questions regarding costs, return procedures, and current deals. We prioritize straightforward dialogue and prompt responses, making sure all customers get the help they deserve. You'll receive thorough onboarding to ensure you're prepared to tackle diverse customer situations with professionalism and competence.

Rate: $35 per hour
Skills/background needed: A functional device like a computer, phone, or tablet paired with stable internet connection is essential for performing chat duties. You should be self-motivated, possess attention to detail, and demonstrate strong instruction-following abilities. We require a minimum weekly commitment of 10 hours.
Location: Work from home, virtual position (United Kingdom preferred).
