In this position, you'll deliver product details, troubleshoot problems, and find solutions through real-time messaging and written correspondence. Your work directly impacts how satisfied our customers feel and whether they return. Key Duties:
- Connect with customers via live chat on company websites or social channels, responding to questions, sharing details about what we offer, and handling complaints or concerns.
- Identify and deliver helpful alternatives, investigate options to move situations forward, and flag persistent issues for higher-level support when needed.
- Support revenue growth by directing customers to relevant resources, highlighting special offers and promotions that match their needs, and strengthening the overall customer experience.
Compensation:
- $35 hourly rate, with adjustments based on your track record and background.

- You'll need internet-enabled equipment to log into messaging platforms and manage conversations, such as a computer, smartphone, or tablet.
