Remote Online Chat Specialist - No Calling / Immediate Start (Entry Level)

Do you have a knack for helping people and enjoy resolving issues? We're looking for an Entry Level Online Chat Specialist to welcome visitors, respond to their questions, and provide helpful answers. This position suits someone who's enthusiastic about customer service and wants to grow without needing years of background experience.

Your responsibilities: This role centers on handling live chat conversations, responding to customer questions, and delivering timely solutions that directly impact visitor satisfaction. Day to day, you'll interact with both new and returning customers, supply them with the guidance they're seeking, facilitate transactions, or troubleshoot concerns they may have.

Compensation:

• $35 per hour

• Self-motivated approach with demonstrated ability to execute directions precisely.
• Minimum 10 hours weekly availability.
