You'll handle incoming chat messages from our web properties and social channels, assisting shoppers with questions, sharing relevant product details, and discussing available promotions. Work entirely remotely from wherever suits you best.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Managing incoming chat conversations to facilitate sales, deliver customer support, and create positive buying journeys.
• Establishing rapport with customers by delivering prompt and helpful communications.
• Spotting ways to support customer needs and encourage meaningful interactions.

Rate: $35 per hour

Requirements:

• Internet-connected device like a smartphone, computer, or tablet for accessing chat platforms.
