Social Media Remote Chat Support

In this remote position, you'll provide direct support to customers and interact with audiences through social messaging and web-based chat systems, all from your own space.

Primary Responsibilities: Your day-to-day work will focus on managing live chat conversations, answering customer questions, and responding to social media interactions on company pages and platforms. You'll handle customer inquiries, troubleshoot problems, share product links, and present special offers to both existing and prospective clients.

Compensation: $35 hourly rate
