We're hiring conversational support specialists to handle customer interactions via live chat. You'll be responding to website visitors with questions about shipping costs, product details, exchange procedures, and other common concerns. Your daily responsibilities: You'll connect to the messaging platform when your shift begins, respond to customer messages throughout your scheduled time, and disconnect when finished. You'll receive payment each day for your efforts.
