Text Chat Operator (Remote / Entry Level)

Key Duties:

• Connect with customers instantly via chat, delivering timely assistance, resolving concerns, and walking them through their needs on messaging platforms.
• Leverage established communication templates alongside your own judgment to deliver helpful responses and resolve customer problems accurately.
• Support revenue goals by highlighting product details, sharing relevant resources, and communicating current promotions and savings opportunities.

Compensation:

• $35 per hour.
