Text Chat Operator

Looking to join a customer support operation from the comfort of your own home? We're recruiting skilled Text Chat Operators who thrive in written communication and want flexibility in a remote customer service role. Key Responsibilities:

• Interacting with customers via text chat to answer questions, troubleshoot issues, and share details about our product lineup.
• Accessing our messaging system to handle incoming conversations, making sure each customer gets timely and correct support.
• Completing onboarding training to develop expertise in company products and the chat software we use daily.

Contract Length: No fixed term.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Skills/Background Needed:

• A reliable device with broadband access for messaging and social platforms, Phone, Tablet, or Computer.
• Capacity to work without supervision and adhere to detailed guidelines.
• Minimum 10 hours weekly commitment for text-based support duties.
• Stable broadband to keep conversations flowing smoothly without interruptions.

Hours per Week: 10+ hours.

Location: Remote work online, United States preferred.
