Virtual Chat Support Assistant (At Home / Flexible Hours / Beginner Level)

We're seeking a Remote Chat Support Specialist to serve as a frontline communicator with our community members and patrons. In this position, you'll respond to inquiries via live chat and email channels, delivering helpful guidance and resolving questions for both customers and internal teams.

Contract length: Ongoing, no set end date

Rate: $35 hourly

Skills/background needed:

• A compatible device for accessing web platforms and messaging interfaces, such as a smartphone, tablet, or computer.
• The capacity to manage your workload independently while staying motivated and organized.
• Ability to adhere closely to established guidelines and systematic processes.

Hours per week: Flexible scheduling between 10 and 40 hours, tailored to suit your availability.

Location: Work from anywhere online, with preference for applicants in the United Kingdom.
