Virtual Live Chat Assistant - Immediate Start (Entry Level, Fully Remote)

We have an exciting opportunity available for a Virtual Live Chat Assistant who can start right away. This is a chance to make a real difference supporting customers through live messaging while enjoying the flexibility of working from home. We're looking for motivated individuals based in the United Kingdom who can dedicate 5-8 hours each week to this role.

Your responsibilities: You'll serve as the primary contact point for our customers, handling conversations via live chat across multiple social platforms including Twitter, Facebook, and YouTube. Your day-to-day work involves responding to inquiries, delivering helpful information, and ensuring every customer feels valued, all from the comfort of your own home.

Compensation: $35 hourly rate

What we need:

• A stable internet connection and a working device such as a laptop, smartphone, or tablet.
• Strong written communication abilities in English.
• Previous live chat experience is not necessary, as we provide full onboarding and support.
• Flexibility to work from a remote setting with a commitment of 5-8 hours weekly.
