WordPress Chat Assistant - Remote / Immediate Start / Entry Level

We're actively hiring communicative and dependable people for our live chat support team. You'll be helping customers who use WordPress-powered websites with their questions and concerns. In this position, your willingness to help and consistency matter far more than any prior background.

All positions are completely remote, allowing you to work from wherever suits you best. At this time, we're specifically seeking applicants based within the United States.

Job Responsibilities: You'll connect with customers via live chat channels on their websites or through social platforms, answering their concerns, directing them to relevant product information, and sharing available discount options.

Compensation: $35 hourly.

What We Need:

• A reliable device, whether computer or smartphone, paired with consistent internet access.
• Comfortable communicating in written English at a fundamental level.

Experience Level:

• Perfect for those starting out in customer support roles. Full onboarding and guidance will be provided, and previous live chat experience is not required.
