What you will be doing: In this Live Chat Customer Service Associate position, you'll spend your time connecting with customers via chat platforms, delivering swift and dependable help for their concerns. Your days will include handling customer questions, sharing details about our offerings, and making sure every interaction leaves them feeling heard and satisfied through thoughtful responses and quick solutions.

Contract length: Open-ended

Rate: $35 per hour

Skills/background needed:

• Access to a compatible device for engaging with chat platforms and web interfaces, whether that's a smartphone, tablet, or computer.
• Capacity to manage your workload without constant supervision and maintain consistent productivity.
• Willingness to take direction seriously and demonstrate initiative when tackling customer difficulties head-on.

Hours per week: 5 – 40 hours a week

Location: Online from anywhere, with preference for candidates in the United Kingdom.
