This position involves interacting with customers through text-based channels including chat and email, where you'll handle their concerns, troubleshoot issues, and create positive interactions. Phone-based communication is not part of this role, keeping all your work in written format.

Contract length: Flexible, no predetermined endpoint

Rate: $35 hourly

Responsibilities:

• Handling customer messages with speed and accuracy via chat platforms or email correspondence.
• Investigating problems, finding relevant information, offering resolution options, and directing complex cases to appropriate team members.
• Delivering quality support by swiftly and thoroughly resolving customer difficulties.

Requirements:

• A functioning device, such as a desktop, portable computer, or mobile device with reliable internet access.
• Proficiency in written English communication.
• Capacity to operate autonomously, maintain focus without supervision, and adhere to specific guidelines.
• Commitment to contributing a minimum of 10 hours weekly.
