• Collaborate with your team leader to resolve complicated situations that fall outside standard protocols.

What We Need:

• Access to a connected device that supports chat platforms and web browsing, such as a computer, tablet, or smartphone.
• Comfort working with minimal supervision while adhering to established procedures and documentation.
• Willingness to commit 20 to 40 hours weekly with consistent, dependable internet service.
