Your Key Responsibilities:

• Connect with customers through live chat functionality, answering questions, sharing details about offerings, and supporting their requests across websites and social channels.
• Resolve customer concerns, suggest appropriate remedies, explain features and benefits, and facilitate transactions or troubleshooting.
• Leverage communication software and platforms to interact professionally while documenting interactions and customer information.

Contract Length: Flexible, ongoing basis

Compensation: $35 hourly rate

Required Qualifications:

• Computer, smartphone, or tablet with consistent high-speed internet to navigate chat platforms and digital interfaces.
• Independent work style with strong initiative, capability to follow guidance, and consistent output levels.
• Minimum 5 hours weekly availability with stable internet connection throughout your shifts.

Weekly Hours: 5 to 40 hours available each week

Work Setting: Entirely remote, based in the United States or available to applicants in the US.
